Personality & Character:
 Kind and compassionate, she would always try to help those who need it. The more pressing the circuimstances are, the more obliged she feels to help.

 Believes the elemental abilities shouldn't be used when they aren't needed, so she never uses her element at home.

 Doesn't like the hard ways when there are easier ones. Is the type to pay rather than waste some effort for a result that isn't even guaranteed. This also means that she is the type to bribe.

Skills & Abilities:
 Breathes out a beam of absolutely harmless, but quite beautiful bubbles.

 Can make a few bigger, sturdy bubbles that work as platforms and can carry dragons of Foamie's size and weight.

 Can breathe bubbles over objects to contain them. The objects can be size her head or smaller, otherwise her bubble pops before she can make it the right size.

 Can manipulate her bubbles to move them around.

Weaknesses:
 Has no combat abilities at all.

Backstory:
 Foamie comes from a family of healers and was raised as one. She never minded it, though. Once she grew up, she officially started working as a healer and loved her job enough to go seek out people in need in her free time. She especially often went to help in 3rd class district, as they need her the most. Because of that, she got attacked by robbers and was saved by a young police dragon, Kit Seafin. They started dating after that.
 Time later, Kit and Foamie got married, and more time later, their daughter Kosatka was born. Then Kosatka discovered her element, and decided to become a Guardian, which got Foamie really worried. It's not a position that can be gotten that easily, after all.
 During the Warfang break, Foamie went to help those who get hurt in the battle, as serious wounds can't really wait for things to calm down first. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

Relationships:
 Kit Seafoam
 Her knight in shining armor. Foamie sincerely believes Kit only has good intentions, and doesn't know anything about how terrifying he can be.

 Kosatka Seafin
 Foamie worries about her a lot, but is also very proud of what Kosatka was able to achieve. Also, Foamie is more than willing to pay for any wish Kosatka ever makes, no matter what it is.
