Wanted to try my hand at designing a darker. Have no ideas for half of it, but whatever.

Personality & Character:
Twisted and sadistic. Rather than killing everything in sight, he prefers to take his time torturing one victim. Loves watching dragons express strong emotions, feeds off anger. His favorite games are:
 - freezing blood in his victim's veins;
 - freezing his victim just enough to immobilize, but not enough to prevent from expressing emotions. Then proceed with triggering some "funny" emotions;

Skills & Abilities:
As Coldblood doesn't have limbs other than wings and tail, he is pretty good with using what he actually does have.

Mastered dark ice breath.

Can freeze a small area with a dark ice touch. Also works through an obstacle if it's not very thick. For example, he can freeze blood in skinny creatures.

Is capable of making a shield of dark ice. Torture wouldn't be as fun as it is if he couldn't protect himself from harm, would it?

Can enlarge his claws/spikes by conjuring dark ice over them.

Doesn't have legs or arms. This can actually be pretty inconvenient.

Focuses on one victim and takes his time torturing his plaything, which leaves him unaware of his surroundings for a while. Has hard time resisting the temptation.
